New Entrant Strategy

Also included in the OliveLit portfolio is the formulation of a five year Strategic Business Planning for General Satellite, a global digital satellite television service provider and the largest digital set top box producer in Russia. The strategic plan was for the company’s market entry into Pakistan, a new territory outside a country of their origin. The detailed  business plan included the investment viability options and risk strategies, sensitivity analysis, content management, packaging and pricing and sales & distribution strategy.
